Position: (Centering a Hemisphere by Coordinates)
Selecting
the Position Tab allows you to choose the central coordinates for a selected
hemisphere.
The
current central coordinate is displayed in the Latitude and Longitude Boxes.
Latitude and Longitude may be
user edited by typing new values into the windows, or the Get Coordinate with Mouse Button
may be selected to allow you to choose new map coordinates with a mouse
click.
When
choosing coordinates by mouse, it may be helpful to refer to the Status Bar located at the bottom of the
main window display, since it will show the coordinates of your current mouse
position. Clicking Go changes the view by centering the hemisphere at the displayed
coordinates.
