IV. Using SICOM Composition PlugIn

IV-1. File (when CARIS .des view is active)

New opens a new window (entiled CARISPlot1) for composition (Fig. IV. 3), referred to as composition (or .plf ³ view) view. When this view becomes active, it activates a new set of menu items: File, Edit, View, Object and Window. These items will be discussed under the sub-title, "when .plf view is active" in Sections 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9 and 4.10

Open opens an existing composition file (.plf) or CARIS .des file

Close closes the active window (either the CARIS .des view or the composition .plf view

Save saves the active view either as .des file or .plf depending on which view is currently active

Save As saves and renames

Print see Sec. 3, RITI_SICOM1.2_TECH_99003 ⁴

Print Setup see Sec. 3, RITI_SICOM1.2_TECH_99003
