void setSnapToFeatCode(string fc)
This method effects the behavior of the SDM while in line drawing mode (See setLineDrawingMode), as follows:
- While the left mouse button is held down, the pick-aperture, a small box with cross-hairs, is displayed as the mouse cursor.
- If the left mouse button is released while the pick-aperture encloses a point feature with feature code fc, the end of the line segment at that location snaps to the exact location of the point feature.
