Each line of this file assigns a color definition, in the form of an RGB tripple, to a specific index between 0 and 255. The color assigned to index zero is used as the background color for all views. Other colors are associated with various Feature Codes, via the Color Index File.
The Color Map File that comes with the SICOM installation contains a fairly general set of color definitions. The developer may edit this file to change color definitions, if desired, but this is generally not necessary. Index 0 may be an exception, if the developer needs to change the view background color.
A Color Map File must exist and be referenced by the uslxcmap and the uslxcmap_plot environment variables.
